Community Bond Oversight Committee
This is the second meeting of the CBOC. Members will review and approve meeting minutes from the past meeting and discuss current information in regards to bond finances.
The meeting minutes will be posted once they have been approved in the meeting following.

Design Advisory Group Meeting #3
This group will meet to discuss designs across all elementary school bond projects.
This dedicated group—made up of OCSD staff, students, parents, and community members—will help shape the vision for our future school spaces. Committee members will provide input on a wide range of areas including:
Special Education
Social Emotional Learning spaces
Dining areas
Outdoor and Playground spaces
Libraries
Family Resource Centers
Arrival and Dismissal flow
General Education classrooms
Career Exploration spaces.
Their perspectives will help ensure that our bond projects reflect the diverse needs of our students, families, and staff.

Community Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC)
The 2025 Bond Citizen Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) will meet for the first time on Monday, March 31, 2025. The committee will review the by-laws and learned about the roles of the committee. They will be given updates on the sale of the bond and current project phasing. A chair and vice chair will be elected for the committee.

COMMUNITY BOND PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING #7
This is the seventh and final meeting of the Community Bond Planning Committee. In this meeting we will share our highlights from the Trillium Creek tour, identify needs from the Fields and Grounds focus group, discuss the development of a proposed bond package, share and ask input on the bond categories for projects across all elementary schools, talk about bond activities timeline, and conclude our meetings.

This is the sixth meeting of the Community Bond Planning Committee. In this meeting we will discussed the feedback gathered from the elementary community listening sessions, review our current status and meeting schedule, discuss community polling results, explore expanding CTE opportunities at OCHS, as well as talk about the CTE focus group takeaways and the OCHS space utilization survey.

Fields and Grounds Focus Group for the 2025 Bond
This meeting is for the exploration of the current fields and grounds in OCSD, focusing on OCHS and Pioneer Stadium and develop a plan for the 2025 Bond. In this meeting we will discuss our fields and grounds, the OCSD strategic plan, the CBPC, and the charge and visioning of our fields and grounds.

Career and Technical Education Focus Group for the 2025 Bond
This meeting is for the exploration of the current CTE spaces in OCSD and develop a plan for the 2025 Bond. In this meeting we will discuss what is CTE and its history, what areas are covered by CTE, how and where CTE is offered in OCSD, the OCSD strategic plan, the CBPC, and the charge and visioning of CTE.



COMMUNITY BOND PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING #4
This is the fourth meeting of the Community Bond Planning Committee. In this meeting we will discuss the “bond buckets” or three different funding scenarios, and explore applying building blocks to individual elementary schools.

This is the third meeting of the Community Bond Planning Committee. In this meeting we will hear about those who toured other buildings and their impressions and takeaways, discuss the education visioning report, explore elementary school building blocks, and plan for next steps.

COMMUNITY BOND PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING #2 (Rescheduled)
This is the second meeting of the Community Bond Planning Committee. This is the rescheduled meeting that was to initially occur on January 17, 2024 and was cancelled due to inclement weather. In this meeting we will discuss fiscal considerations and bond financing scenarios, the state of the district polling results, student voice engagement and next steps, review the LR-CPC Recommendations, and our school’s enrollment capacity.

In this final meeting we will discuss exemplary elementary school settings, share the LR-CPC video presentation with the Superintendent, have a Q&A with the Superintendent, and discuss this committee’s next steps.

In this meeting we will discuss the feedback from the May 30th meeting, results from the poster exercise for the video input, support service building assessment results from BRIC, tour the district office and we will work on the script for our video.
