General 2025 Bond Update

A group of architects, engineers and District staff toured the phase 3 schools on May 2nd.

The District and City staff had a pre-application meeting for the grounds projects at OCHS on May 14th. This is part of the process to get the City’s approval on these projects and can take up to a couple of months to be completed.

Our bond team has started having more in depth conversations with our facilities team around mechanical systems for the schools.

The second Design Advisory Group (DAG) meeting was held on May 13. The group went over all the ideas that came out of the first DAG meeting. The next DAG meeting is scheduled for June 3rd and members from the pre-bond group, the Community Bond Planning Committee, were invited to attend.  

The next Community Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) meeting will be held on June 2.
