Design Advisory Committee Meets for the First time

Last night marked the first meeting of the Design Advisory Committee for the 2025 Bond. This dedicated group—made up of OCSD staff, students, parents, and community members—will help shape the vision for our future school spaces. Committee members will provide input on a wide range of areas including:

  • Special Education

  • Social Emotional Learning spaces

  • Dining areas

  • Outdoor and Playground spaces

  • Libraries

  • Family Resource Centers

  • Arrival and Dismissal flow

  • General Education classrooms

  • Career Exploration spaces.

    Their perspectives will help ensure that our bond projects reflect the diverse needs of our students, families, and staff.
